Eligible Returns
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus the shipping cost to send it back, provided that the product is returned in like-new condition and meets the return requirements outlined below.
Returns are not accepted after the 30-day return period.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in proper working condition and free from damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.
- All items originally included in the shipment must be returned.
- Original packaging should be included and in reasonably good condition.
- The product must be clean and dry at the time of return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if:
- The product shows signs of misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or accidental damage;
- The return is sent to an incorrect address or without prior authorization.
How to Request a Return

We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request. Products sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within two (2) to five (5) business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. For all international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty
Warranty Period
TUFF products are covered by a limited warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
What Is Covered
This limited warranty covers manufacturing or material defects that occur under normal and intended use of the product during the warranty period.
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents;
- unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly;
- scratches, tear&wear
- Your Cellphone and Camera damage, the TUFF Glide product designed for water-proof camera.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, please contact our support team by email at info@tuffsporting.com
and provide the following information:
- order number or proof of purchase;
- a description of the issue;
- relevant photos and/or videos demonstrating the issue; and

- We offer exchange on items found to be defective due to our fault. Defect(s) caused by customer’s fault cannot be exchanged.
- Color Disclaimer:We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear at the Site, however actual product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. These differences can be caused by individual monitor settings and slight variations in raw material batches during production
- Please note that there may be a slight difference between our written size measurements and the actual product measurements and this variance will not be considered as a defect.
- 3D Printing Characteristics & Quality Disclaimer: Please be advised that TUFF Glide products are manufactured using advanced 3D printing technology. As a result, minor surface imperfections, such as visible layer lines or slight cosmetic blemishes, may be present. These are inherent characteristics of the 3D printing process and its current technical limitations. Such variations do not affect the product’s performance or durability and shall not be considered valid grounds for returns or refunds.”
